NO PUBLIC OPTION - NO PUBLIC MANDATE!
The
2009
debate on
health
insurance
is simple.
Tell your
elected
representative
if he or
she cannot
get a
public
option to
protect
you from
price
gouging by
the
insurance
industry,
then don't
force you
to buy
insurance.
The public
option
would at
least give
you a
choice of
going with
the
private
insurer or
the
government
ran
insurance.
This would
make
insurers
aware that
you have
choices
and they
might not
gouge you.
However,
if
Congress
forces you
to buy
insurance
which is
what the
"public
mandate
does, but
only allow
you to buy
insurance
from
profit
motivated
insurance
companies
you have
been had
big-time
like you
are with
car
insurance.
Therefore,
the
insurance
debate can
be made
simple by
standing
for:
NO PUBLIC
OPTION -
NO PUBLIC
MANDATE!
