A World

Casualty
who left
us too
soon
Tonyell
Fannae'
McDay, a
World
Trade
Center
casualty,
was born
and named
Tonyell
Fannae'
Way on
June 24th
1976 in
Summit New
Jersey to
the loving
marriage
of Dr.
Curtis J.
Way and
Cynthia
Way. She
was my
most
precious
but among
the many
who loss
their
lives in
the attack
on the
World
Trade
Center
September
11, 2001.
You never
get over
waiting
for her to
call and
say I am
okay. I
know that
she will
never call
but I do
know she
lived well
as God
would have
her all of
her short
life. She
was always
loved and
adored by
her family
and
friends
for her
outgoing
spunky
personality
and
willingness
to help
others.
Her
mother,
Cynthia
Way,
remarried
and
adopted
Tonyell
Way into the
new McDay
family
name.
Tonyell F.
Way or
Tonyell F
McDay was
the same
and her
name did
not hamper
Tonyell in
her drive
to be an
instrument
for God
and spread
joy every
where she
went. The
happy
photos of
Tonyell
and family below are
but a few
of the
many
visible
memories
that
Tonyell
leaves us
all to
cherish in
her
memory.
Tonyell
would
always
call her
father,
Dr. Curtis
J. Way,
every time
she
reached
another
goal in
her life.
She talked
about her
prom date,
her desire
to go to
Rutgers,
and later
she wanted
a Honda
Accord. She
would just
call to
talk
because
she knew
that the
ties that
binds her
to her
biological
father
were
forever.
Tonyell,
you are
deserving
of your
rest in
peace and
the
comfort in
knowing
that your
father
will
always
remember
you as the
loving
child and
humanitarian
person
that you
had
become. In
your
memory
this is a
tribute to
you . . .
Your loving father, Dr. Curtis J. Way

We miss
you
Tonyell .
. . love,
your dad.
Dr. Cjw
