Trouble in capsules

Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc, 2375 Cameback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85016; Tel:  888-692-8352 claims that AcaiPure and ColonPure are natural herbal cleansers. I don't know if this is true since I have not depleted the trial offer I agreed to accept. The Co. advertises that they will send you a free trial offer for shipping cost, so I signed up to try the product.

THE TROUBLE IS: Last week I received two more bottles in the mail at a cost of $78.00 which they had billed to my charge account. When I called to dispute this, they told me that when I agreed to try the product, I authorized them to continue to ship supplies to me.

CREDIT CARD COMPANY WILL NOT HELP: I called my credit card company to dispute the charges and they told me that they cannot remove the charges because I have authorized this company to send and bill my charge for these capsules. Someone has already posted a complaint letter on the web site if you visit www.Acaipure.com. They even used Oprah as an endorser of the product. I have sent her an email. As far as I am concerned, this is nothing but a scam.

I AM SENDING IT BACK AND I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT ORDER: The Co. has given me a RA# to return the capsules and I will today. I don't know if they will remove these charges but I have no intention of paying for these capsules.

These companies just makes things bad for other companies. As much as I like shopping on the internet, I'm going to go back to buying local. You don't need to post this but thanks for the offer.

Maimie
